ARMY PEO EIS ARMY TRAINING INFORMATION SYSTEMS (ATIS) - ARMY LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (ALMS) CUSTOMER SUPPORT CENTER (CSC)
The ALMS is the Army's centralized training system allowing NCOs, training managers, instructors, unit commanders, and individual users to schedule, register, and deliver standardized Army training to Soldiers and DA Civilians at home and abroad. From the office, home or DTF, Soldiers and Army civilians will be able to meet their distributed learning needs 24/7. C2G provides the frontline face of the ATIS/ALMS to the various proponent commands. Specific areas of support include performing acceptance and configuration of Proponent courseware for deployment on the ALMS infrastructure. Support Proponent group trials for new courseware releases and maintain close coordination and communications with Proponent digital learning and command stakeholders. Prepare and execute demonstrations of system functions, developing, maintaining, and providing training courses for Proponent use of the ALMS system.
