Cassidy Consulting Group (C2G), LLC. offers a broad range of Information Technology and Program Management Solutions. Based in North Carolina, C2G provides services CONUS and OCONUS support as needed. Our customer base includes Federal, State and Commercial Sectors.
Our Company
C2G was founded in 2012 and is a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB). C2G leverages commercial solutions to meet public sector challenges. C2G has successfully supported numerous projects of significant value to the Federal Government and our Nation’s Security. C2G maintains a strong quality performance history with the Department of Defense and Civilian Agencies as well as our Commercial Industry Customers. Our core capabilities and intellectual capital are Information Technology Support, Financial Management Solutions, Program Management and Acquisition Support, Enterprise Risk Management, Training Systems Support and Business Intelligence.
C2G is ISO 9001 Certified (2015), maintains a DCAA Audited Financial System, and is compliant with all National Institute of Standard and Technology (NIST) information technology requirements for small business. C2G uses our own proprietary Integrated Management Framework for project control. We employ FEDRamp compliant tools and SharePoint for our internal knowledge management repository and document control. We use industry best practices and standards including Agile Practices and Development, Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) for service management and delivery.

Mrs. Adrienne Morris, President and CEO
Mrs. Morris is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Chairman and CEO of Cassidy Consulting Group (C2G) and Little Proposal Shop (LPS). She brings over 20 years of experience working with Federal agencies to include the Department of Defense (DoD), the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) with federal capture and proposal experience with all agencies within the Federal Government. Mrs. Morris specializes in capture planning, proposal development, proposal management, and service delivery for Federal industry customers.
Mr. Jeff Jakat, Director of Operations
Mr. Jakat has more than 37 years of progressive leadership and management experience in both the public and private sectors. He has extensive experience overseeing projects, programs, managing personnel and client/customer relations and is known as a “Go-to” partner focused on delivery and providing client-centric solutions. He is responsible for day-to-day operations as well as bid and proposal development – full lifecycle – outline to delivery. He received his BA in Education from Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, MA
Ms. Laura Lamonica, Quality Assurance Manager

Ms. LaMonica is the highly experienced and dedicated Director of Quality for C2G. With over 15 years of experience in the field, she holds a Doctorate degree in Adult Education and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and ISO 9001 Internal Auditor. Throughout her career, Laura has demonstrated a deep understanding of quality management principles and their application to both product and process. Laura is adept at identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, mapping, streamlining, and improving processes, enhancing productivity, and implementing effective solutions. She has led numerous quality improvement initiatives that have positively impacted our Quality Management System and Quality goals.
Ms. Mary Cassidy, Trusted Advisor (Former CEO & President)
Ms. Cassidy has over 35 years of experience with a demonstrated history in the information technology and business consulting services industry. She is skilled in Business Process Design, IT Strategy, Professional Services, Management, and Project Portfolio Management. Prior to founding C2G, while a Principal with Bearing Point and Deloitte, she led a $100M P&L and led several $200M acquisition programs. As a civil servant she managed aviation acquisition and depot maintenance programs for the Air Force. She received her BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and her MBA from the University of Texas.
Mr. Jeff Priddy, Trusted Advisor
Mr. Priddy has over 30 years of experience as a business leader and sales executive with a demonstrated history of consultative information technology solutions development and program execution in the commercial, defense, and civilian public sector information technology industries. He is skilled in business strategy, IT strategy, business process design, organizational development, business development and capture, and customer engagement management. He received his BA in Business/Finance from the George Washington University.
